Building Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of four handymen.This role requires proven experience in building maintenance, and the ideal candidate should have a plumbing qualification, a valid driver’s license, and a matric certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee general building repairs, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
• Ensure maintenance schedules are followed and any urgent repairs are attended to promptly.
• Be on standby at all times and available for weekend call-outs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building maintenance and supervision.
• Plumbing qualification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Matric qualification.
• Willingness to be on standby and work on weekends when required.
• Own transportation (use of company vehicle or petrol reimbursement provided).
