3D Modeler

Hire Resolve is on the lookout for a talented 3D Modeler based in Johannesburg to join our esteemed client, a pioneering firm in the architectural and interior design space.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models of interior and exterior spaces, focusing on residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to translate concepts into high-quality 3D visualizations.
• Create realistic textures, materials, and lighting setups to enhance model presentations.
• Render stunning images and create virtual walkthroughs for client showcases and design approvals.
• Incorporate client feedback into models and make necessary revisions to meet project goals.
• Ensure alignment of design models with overall project specifications and branding guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas and solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with new technologies and trends in 3D modeling and design.
• Manage and organize project files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Support the marketing team by providing models and rendering for promotional materials.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Modeling, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in 3D modeling within the architecture or interior design sector.
• Proficient in software tools such as Lumion
• Strong understanding of Develop Concept Design.
• Demonstrated ability to create both high-quality and detailed renderings showcasing strong aesthetic sensibilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in 3D modeling and visualization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with design teams and clients.
• Ability to interpret sketches, CAD drawings, and project specifications accurately.
• Self-motivated and a team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
