Maintenance Administrator – Packaging
Job Description
RPO Recruitment is seeking a meticulous and organized Maintenance Administrator to join our clients dynamic team in Cape Town. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage maintenance schedules and documentation
- Assist in coordinating maintenance activities and priorities with the maintenance team
- Ensure timely processing of maintenance work orders and requests
- Track inventory of spare parts and supplies for maintenance operations
- Compile and analyze maintenance performance data and reports
- Coordinate communication between maintenance personnel, vendors, and suppliers
- Assist with budgeting and financial tracking for maintenance activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance administration or similar role
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of maintenance processes and terminology is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
