General Manager – Restaurant

West Rand-based restaurant is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead a new restaurant operation in this unique environment.

Duties:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Manage staff effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
• Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Supervise kitchen operations, including food meal and menu preparation

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years’ experience in the restaurant industry 
• Previous staff management experience within the industry
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and computer applications.
• Must reside on the West Rand, due to operational hours
