Our client is looking for a driven and motivated new vehicle sales manager to lead the team and drive success in the dealership.
Key responsibilities:
- Sales leadership: Manage and lead the new vehicle sales department to achieve sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strategic planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share.
- Team management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance and customer service.
- Customer focus: Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, contributing to a positive customer satisfaction index (CSI).
- Operational excellence: Oversee department operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in automotive sales management, with a track record of success.
- Must have high-volume brand experience.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
- Commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
