Motorbike Service Advisor

A well-known motorbike dealership based on the West Rand of Gauteng is looking for a service advisor to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and the service department.
• Greet and assist customers with their service and repair needs, providing expert advice on motorcycle maintenance.
• Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with the workshop.
• Provide detailed explanations of services, costs, and timelines to customers.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding service status, estimates, and any additional work required.
• Address customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction with the service experience.
• Liaise with the workshop team to prioritise work and ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a service advisor, preferably in a motorbike or automotive environment.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycles and their maintenance/repair processes
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
• Basic computer skills for managing service orders and inventory.
• A valid motorbike licence is an advantage.
