My client, a leading provider of solar water heating solutions in South Africa, specializing in cutting-edge solar technologies, is looking for Key Accounts Sales Consultant that is a proactive, driven individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. They must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-focused, with strong negotiation abilities and a proven track record in sales, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting sales activities, including prospecting and networking to generate leads.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Delivering impactful sales presentations.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and developments.
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Preparing and providing quotes to clients.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English.
- CRM Management.
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of solar and heat pump systems is a plus, but not essential.
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales or key account role with contactable references.
- Must have own reliable car
