Who are we looking for:
We’re looking for a visionary managing director (MD) with a strong background in omnichannel and e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who can drive digital transformation, enhance customer experience, and lead a diverse team towards market leadership.
What will you do:
As the MD, you will:
- Oversee the strategic direction across all business areas.
- Drive operational efficiency, digital transformation, and customer experience.
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver market-leading results.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.
- Ensure profitability, growth, and long-term business sustainability.
- Report directly to the Group CEO and work alongside key executives.
What do you need:
- Relevant qualification and 10+ years’ experience in a senior leadership role.
- Technically savvy
- Experience in Retail or FMCG (Brands).
- Strong financial, commercial, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven ability in digital transformation and customer-focused leadership.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
