Site Foreman
Job Description
Hire Resolve is looking for a Site Foreman to join our client’s prominent construction company based in Sandton.
This role requires a dedicated individual to oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for managing construction operations, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise onsite labor force.
- Implement project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to the schedule.
- Oversee safety measures and protocols, conducting regular safety audits.
- Facilitate communication between teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any arising issues promptly.
- Ensure quality control in all construction activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with teams and clients.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Relevant certification in construction or project management is an advantage.
