Job Description
Pure Manganese (Pty) Ltd, based in Nelspruit, is a marketing company dedicated to Manganese Metal Company (Pty) Ltd (MMC) for the sale and marketing of its products.
MMC is the world’s only non-China-based producer of high-grade Electrolytic Manganese Metal (EMM) and the world’s largest producer of 99.9% (selenium-free) EMM and has been in operation since 1974. MMC has a unique and established global customer base and is a niche supplier of various quality grades of EMM. The products are used in the following industries in countries around the globe:
Rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, aluminum, steel, non-ferrous alloys, chemicals and welding consumables.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the financial system in the marketing and related departments.
- Management of customer credit risk and debtor’s book.
- Ensure compliance to all relevant Acts, procedures and processes.
- Analysing and reporting of financial information.
- Adherence and compliance to all HSEQ legislation, policy & procedures.
- Supervising the team.
- Cost control and budget preparation.
- Support to the overall financial function
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- BCom degree.
- 3 years’ experience in an accounting environment.
