We are seeking a results-driven marketing coordinator for our marketing efforts to drive growth for our lending business. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in executing successful marketing strategies in a B2B context.

Job description

As a marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies and plans.

The role will include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to improve the acquisition of qualified customers that meet our criteria.
  • Utilise the CRM database to convert previous customer inquiries into qualified prospects through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the portfolio team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Drive go-to-market efforts of tailored products
  • Manage online marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO, SEM, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts to engage with our target audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Utilise Google Ads and other online advertising platforms to reach potential customers effectively.
  • Analyse marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimise strategies accordingly.
  • Events creation, coordination and attendance of programmes, as well as third-party-hosted gatherings
  • Internal communications 

Desired skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, politics, philosophy, and economics (PPE), or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • Proficiency (or ability and willingness to learn) with various marketing platforms and marketing software tools
