Job Description
Managed People Solutions is looking to hire a Customer Service Agent for a very well-known Wine Company based in Cape Town, Brackenfell.
Responsibilities
- Daily Order Check
- Ensure telephones are manned effectively and calls are answered with correct telephone etiquette.
- Attend to all customer queries relating to orders
- Constantly monitor open sales orders and action as required
- Convert sales quote to sales orders as required
- Initiate query with finance for on hold accounts that have placed orders.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Essential
- Minimum 1 Year Call Centre Experience
- PC Proficient (MS office suite: word, excel, presentation / Google office suit and email)
- Driver’s License
- Communication skills – written & verbal
- Customer relationship skills
- Problem solving abilities
