Vehicle Dealership Financial Manager

The successful candidate will be Responsible for:

• Overall financial management of the dealership.
• Provide direction, management, and leadership in the accounting, business planning, and budgeting, efforts of the company by ensuring a healthy and sustainable financial position.
• Provide timely and relevant financial management reports to all stakeholders and ensure that all relevant financial disclosure is completed on time and in the envisaged time frames

Requirements: (Non negotiable) 

• Must have B-Com Degree /B-Com Hons.
• CA qualification will be an added advantage.
• At least 10 years’ experience in the motor industry especially at Dealership level of which 3-5 years
• Must be Managing a finance team, with solid experience and innerworkings of new and used vehicle sales management, the aftersales business
• F&I offerings and extensive financial experience.
• In-depth knowledge with working with OEM at a National Level.
• A good relationship and network of key stakeholders that will positively impact the business i.e  customers, suppliers. 
• Good system knowledge of Evolve, IAL or similar Dealer Management systems.
• Must be proficient in both English and Afrikaans.
