Customer Sales Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Customer Sales Consultant to join a leading brand within the Auto industry.

The successful candidate will be a brand ambassador, representing the company in the assigned sales territory, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and maintain client satisfaction through scheduled services
• Conduct territory development through networking and cold calling
• Manage and maintain customer information in line with company requirements
• Generate and submit sales reports to management
• Handle payment collections and ensure credit control is maintained
• Ensure key accounts are managed effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a relevant industry
• Knowledge of the auto industry is an advantage
• Experience with key account management is a plus
• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Valid driver’s license with no endorsements
• Must be a South African citizen
• Well-spoken, with proficiency in English; Afrikaans is an advantage
• Clear criminal and credit record, with no disciplinary history
