RPO Recruitment is looking for a meticulous and driven Quality Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. Our client is dedicated to producing high-quality products while maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance. The Quality Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet both internal and external quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control plans and processes.
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Analyze data from inspections, tests, and audits to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of quality documentation and standards.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality-related topics and best practices.
  • Stay current on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC).
  • Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and standards (ISO 9001).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to respond effectively to shifting priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
