You will shape every aspect of our human resources function with your expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, and cultural development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Shape and execute an inspiring people strategy that propels the company forward.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to tackle organisational challenges and uncover exciting opportunities for transformation.
- Align goals and strategies to ensure smooth transitions across teams, creating a unified long-term vision.
- Inspire and energise teams to pursue shared objectives with passion and commitment.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Lead dynamic recruitment processes for Bulk and Support roles, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent who align with our vision.
- Foster a vibrant, high-performance culture through impactful performance management and engaging employee initiatives.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Oversee employee relations with a focus on building positive workplace interactions and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Create and implement programmes to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention, cultivating a supportive environment, while promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- Establish open communication channels to ensure every employee’s voice is valued and heard.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Ensure the delivery of competitive and compliant compensation and benefits packages that attract top talent.
- Continuously assess payroll and benefits processes for efficiency and compliance.
- HR Operations:
- Optimise HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability, aligning them with our evolving business needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, safeguarding the organisation.
- Manage HR data and use HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive ongoing improvements across the organisation.
- Driving Organisational Culture:
- Craft and embed a vibrant cultural strategy that embodies our values of inclusivity, innovation, and collaboration.
- Conduct regular culture assessments, using insights to enhance our cohesive and engaging environment.
- Integrate our culture throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to career development, ensuring a consistent experience.
- Reward and Recognition:
- Lead change management efforts for people initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and strong stakeholder engagement.
- Promote individual and team achievements through recognition programmes that inspire and support organisational goals.
Minimum Requirements
- BA Degree in HR or a related field is essential. An advanced qualification with specialisation in HR is preferable.
- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 7 years in senior leadership roles.
- Solid experience in bulk and support recruitment within a call centre environment is essential.
- Demonstrated success in leading HR teams, talent management, and driving performance through effective strategies.
- Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, employee engagement, and organisational culture development.
- Proficiency in optimising HR processes and using HR data to make informed decisions.

- Strong leadership and change management skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
