Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source and market quality candidates from our job portals.
- Source candidates for suitable vacancies.
- Work specs received from clients.
- Business development of new clients that have recruitment needs.
- Dealing with client communications like interview scheduling and offer negotiations.
- Marketing of adverts on LinkedIn.
- Updating various platforms and software implemented to streamline processes and keep track of tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Degree or 3-year Diploma from a reputable University in a relevant field
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player
- Goal-oriented and deadline-driven
