Warehouse Manager/Supervisor – Cape Town

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to join their client’s well-established team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a high level of safety while driving best practices in logistics and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse staff and facilitate training to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement effective warehouse processes and procedures to optimize workflow.
• Ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse and equipment to ensure standard practices are followed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
• Track and analyze warehouse metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle any issues related to the supply chain and propose solutions.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to warehouse operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a warehouse management/supervisory role.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
