Head of Operations Africa
Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Operations and Head of Sales Africa, you will ensure operational excellence and sales support across the African region.
This position oversees key areas including supply chain, procurement, logistics, customer service, and inventory management, working closely with the Warehouse Manager, Procurement & Customer Service Manager.
Key responsibilities include strategy development, supplier relationship management, and alignment across departments to achieve business goals and enhance customer satisfaction. The role is focused on meeting customer expectations, improving stock availability, and maintaining efficient order fulfilment processes.
You will hold a BCom in Supply Chain Management (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of experience in the Aftermarket sector.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational performance are essential.
The role requires keen attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
