SACAP Foundation: Office Administrator
Job Description
The SACAP Foundation, a non-profit entity, was established in 2018, as an integral part of SACAP’s social impact intent. Epitomizing positive, deliberate change through education, via academic scholarships, innovation, research, and development initiatives impacting social change, this emerging force has been enabling accessible and qualitative mental health services to communities in SA. The SACAP Foundation aims to grow its national footprint, and is therefore in pursuit of a fervent, visionary Office Administrator to join our team.
The Administrator will be responsible for managing bookings, day-to-day operations, handling office tasks, and providing administrative support to the staff and clients. Please note, this position is NOT suitable for relocation. Only suitable applicants will be contacted.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Experience with office management tasks such as scheduling, billing, and electronic record-keeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite including Excel
- Ability to use technology with ease including content management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Xhosa speaker is an advantage

*Due to the nature of this role, there will be a need to work flexible hours to the extent to which it is reasonably necessary to perform the duties of the Director position.
Operating Hours
This is a full-time position operating from Mondays to Fridays*:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30am – 17:00pm
- Friday: 08:30am – 16:00pm
