Ons kliënt is ’n toonaangewende firma wat spesialiseer in die verskaffing van persoonlike en hoë kwaliteit oudit- en adviesdienste aan ’n wye verskeidenheid nywerhede. Salarisverwagting: R18,000 – R22,000 per maand

Werksure: Maandag tot Donderdag: 07:00/07:30/08:00 – 16:00/16:30/17:00, Vrydag: 07:00 – 13:30
Ligging: Op die perseel by Lynnwood Manor, Pretoria

Verantwoordelikhede:

Kliënte Betrokkenheid: Help met die beplanning en uitvoering van oudits vir kliënte in verskeie sektore, soos vervaardiging, tegnologie, gesondheidsorg en kleinhandel. Werk saam met senior ouditeure om kliënte se finansiële state te evalueer en te verseker dat hulle voldoen aan toepaslike standaarde en regulasies.

Waarde-toevoegende Dienste: Identifiseer geleenthede om insigte en aanbevelings te verskaf wat kliënte se besigheidsprosesse en finansiële bestuur kan verbeter. Ondersteun spesiale projekte soos interne beheerbeoordelings en risiko-evaluerings, wat kliënte help om hul bedrywighede te optimaliseer.

Kruisfunksionele Blootstelling: Ontwikkel ’n breë vaardigheidsstel deur blootstelling aan verskeie professionele dienste, insluitend rekeningkunde, adviesdienste en belasting.

Vaardigheidsontwikkeling: Neem deel aan deurlopende opleidingsprogramme om tegniese vaardighede en industriekennis te versterk. Bly op hoogte van die jongste bedryfstendense, rekeningkundige standaarde en regulasieveranderings om ingeligte advies aan kliënte te gee.

Span Samewerking: Dra by tot ’n dinamiese spanomgewing, werk saam na span-doelwitte en handhaaf hoë standaarde van kwaliteit en integriteit. Kommunikeer effektief met spanlede en kliënte, en bou sterk professionele verhoudings.

Minimum Kwalifikasies en Ervaringsvereistes:

  • Graad voltooi, maar nog nie ‘n CA-kwalifikasie nie.
  • Honneursgraad is voordelig.
  • Suksesvolle aflegging van die eerste ITC-eksamen is voordelig.

Vaardighede en Sertifisering:

  • Vaardig met rekenaarsagteware (oudit-verwante gereedskap).
  • Uitstekende kommunikasie- en interpersoonlike vaardighede.
  • Sterk aandag aan detail en logiese denke.
  • Vermoë om goed in ’n span te werk.

Loopbaanvordering:

Die voltooiing van die opleidingkontrak is die primêre fokus van hierdie rol. Na suksesvolle voltooiing, is die firma toegewyd om presterende geoktrooieerde rekenmeesters binne die organisasie te bevorder.

Audit Trainee

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:00/07:30/08:00 – 16:00/16:30/17:00, Friday: 07:00 – 13:30

Location: On-site at Lynnwood Manor, Pretoria

Responsibilities:

Client Engagements: Assist in planning and executing audits for clients across various sectors, such as manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and retail. Collaborate with senior auditors to assess clients’ financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Value-Adding Services: Identify opportunities to provide insights and recommendations that enhance clients’ business processes and financial management. Support special projects, such as internal control reviews and risk assessments, helping clients optimize their operations.

Cross-Functional Exposure: Gain exposure to various professional services areas, including accounting, advisory, and tax, to develop a broad skill set.

Skill Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge. Stay informed on the latest industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes to provide sound advice to clients.

Team Collaboration: Contribute to a dynamic team environment, working towards team goals and maintaining high standards of quality and integrity. Communicate effectively with team members and clients, building strong professional relationships.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Degree completed, but not yet CA qualified.
  • Honours degree is advantageous.
  • Successful completion of the first ITC exam is advantageous.

Skills and Certifications:

  • Proficient in computer software (audit-related tools).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and logical thinking.
  • Ability to work well within a team.

Career Progression:

The completion of the training contract is the primary focus of this role. Following successful completion, the firm is committed to promoting high-performing Chartered Accountants within the organization.
