Contact and nurture an agreed amount of consumers on behalf of our clients to reach the agreed project objectives. This is done through outbound calling and emailing clients in accordance with our nurturing process and accurately updating leads data on the supporting CRM. In addition, be available to handle any inbound calls directed at any of the inbound queues hosted in our call centre.
Primary duty:
- Make outbound calls or send emails on all leads due for follow-up and nurture clients in accordance with the project objective.
- Capture, record, and report on new leads as and when they land.
- Manage agreed inboxes to process client communication for the nurturing process and action.
- Liaise with our clients’ outlets to receive and action qualified leads.
- Follow up on leads as and when due.
Key responsibilities:
- Leads nurturing: Nurture all leads, new and exciting, in accordance with the Leads Nurturing Method. (A training manual)
- Call volumes: Maintain agreed outbound call volumes and be available to receive inbound calls.
- Call quality: Maintain the agreed level of professionalism and keep conversations on point and in accordance with the talking agenda provided.
- Conversion ratio: Maintain a conversation ratio of at least 5 % of leads processed.

- World-class telephone etiquette and above average pronunciation of the English language.
