Machine Operator – Krauss Maffei Machine

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
– Operate Krauss Maffei injection molding machine efficiently and safely
– Set up and adjust machine settings based on product specifications
– Monitor production process to ensure quality and consistency
– Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machine
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
– Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
– Meet production quotas and deadlines

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience operating Krauss Maffei machines or similar injection molding machines
– Knowledge of machine settings, materials, and processes
– Ability to read and interpret product specifications and work orders
– Strong attention to detail and quality
– Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
– Certification in machine operation or injection molding
– Experience with mold changes and tooling adjustments
– Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
– Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques
