An established leader in the automotive space is looking for an experienced pre-owned vehicle sales manager to lead the dealership’s sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire pre-owned vehicle sales department.
- Drive sales and meet monthly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor market trends and manage inventory.
- Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in pre-owned vehicle sales management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
