What you will do
- Keep building systems like air conditioning, electricity, and plumbing running smoothly.
- Plan and check regular maintenance to prevent problems.
- Fix issues quickly when they happen.
- Supervise workers and make sure they follow safety rules.
- Track how well equipment is working and keep records.
- Help save energy and control costs.
- Write reports and make sure everything meets legal rules.
- Work with clients to provide good service.

What you need
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building management systems.
- Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
