What you will do
- Keep building systems like air conditioning, electricity, and plumbing running smoothly.

- Help control costs and save energy.
- Write reports and make sure the building follows all rules.

What you need
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
- Knowledge of air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building management systems.
- Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
