What the job is
This is a contract job in Cairo, Egypt. We are a leading company in commercial real estate and facilities management. We help businesses keep their buildings running smoothly. You will work with a team to maintain and fix building systems like electricity, air conditioning, and plumbing.

What you will do
- Take care of regular maintenance and repairs for building systems.
- Supervise contractors to make sure work is done well and safely.
- Check buildings often to find and fix problems.
- Keep records of maintenance work using a computer system.
- Help with budgets and save energy where possible.
- Write reports and make sure the building follows all rules.
- Work with clients to provide good service.

What you need
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building management systems.
- Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
