What the job is
A construction materials company in Johannesburg, Gauteng, needs a Technical Advisor. You will help customers with technical questions and solutions in the construction industry. The job is full-time and based in Johannesburg.

What you will do
- Give expert advice to customers about construction materials like cement, concrete, and plaster.
- Help design concrete mixes for different projects.
- Check quality control for construction materials.
- Build good relationships with customers.
- Write reports and give presentations about technical solutions.
- Stay updated on construction trends and standards.

What you need
- A Diploma in Chemistry or Civil Engineering.
- A diploma in Advanced Concrete Technology or something similar.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction, especially with concrete, plaster, and quality control.
- Good knowledge of cement, aggregates, and admixtures.
- Understanding of SANS standards for construction materials.
- Strong skills in talking to customers and writing reports.
- Good at solving problems and planning work.
- Must know how to use Microsoft Office.
