What the job is
A company in Kathu, Northern Cape, sells industrial equipment and welding tools. They need a sales person who knows about welding or engineering to help customers and sell products.

What you will do
Sell and rent out industrial equipment and welding tools. Build good relationships with customers. Give technical advice and help customers choose the right products. Visit customers to understand their needs. Prepare quotes and follow up on sales. Arrange product demonstrations and training for customers. Meet monthly sales targets. Plan customer visits. Find new customers by calling or visiting them. Handle sales paperwork like quotes, invoices, and orders. Keep customer records and sales reports up to date. Follow health and safety rules. Do other tasks to support the sales team.

What you need
Finished high school (Matric). Have a welding or boilermaker trade qualification. At least 3 to 4 years of experience selling technical products like welding equipment or industrial tools. Understand welding equipment and industrial products well. Good at talking to customers and negotiating deals. Can plan and organize work well. Have a valid driver’s license and your own car.
