A company in Johannesburg, Gauteng, that works with hydraulic systems is looking for a Hydraulic System Designer and Drafter. You will help design and improve hydraulic systems and parts.

What the job is
You will create designs for hydraulic systems and parts. You will also help test and fix these systems. The job involves working with engineers and other teams to make sure everything works well.

What you will do
- Design hydraulic systems and parts.
- Make 3D models and drawings using AutoCAD and Inventor.
- Design cylinders, blocks, and power packs for hydraulics.
- Copy and improve existing hydraulic parts.
- Help test and check hydraulic parts.
- Give technical help to other teams.
- Prepare price quotes for hydraulic parts.
- Do calculations to make sure designs are correct.

What you need
- Finished high school (Matric) or N3.
- Diploma in Mechanical Design.
- At least 5 years of experience in designing hydraulic systems.
- Must know how to use AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
- Experience with hydraulic calculations.
- Knowing MD Tools is a plus.
- Good at solving problems and fixing technical issues.
