What the job is
You will work as a Brand Manager for Veeam at First Distribution in Midrand, Gauteng. Your job is to make sure the Veeam brand does well in sales and operations. You will work closely with the vendor and your team to grow the brand and meet business goals.

What you will do
Manage sales performance for Veeam. Make sure the brand meets its revenue and profit targets across all regions.
Work with the vendor to understand their goals and strategies. Hold regular meetings to review business progress.
Keep track of sales opportunities and report them using the company’s CRM system.
Manage the brand’s budget and make sure spending stays on track.
Handle stock levels to avoid too much or too little stock.
Work with marketing teams to plan and run marketing activities. Help partners and customers stay updated on Veeam’s latest products.
Train and manage sales specialists to meet their targets.
Make sure all back-office tasks like sales support, procurement, and logistics run smoothly.
Stay updated on product changes and ensure your team is trained and certified.

What you need
You must have a Matric certificate. A diploma or degree in IT is helpful but not required.
You need 3 to 5 years of experience managing a brand in the IT or technology distribution industry.
You should stay calm under pressure and be good at managing multiple tasks.
You must have strong communication and presentation skills.
You should be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
You need good problem-solving and time management skills.
You must be able to build good relationships with vendors and team members.
