This job is for a Warehouse Supervisor at Pedros, a company that makes sauces and food products. You will work in Newlands East, KwaZulu-Natal, and manage the warehouse where raw materials, packaging, and finished products are stored and moved. The warehouse is part of the Pedros Sauce Plant, ensuring smooth operations to maintain production schedules and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and issuing materials to production.
- Verify incoming deliveries for quantity, condition, and order details, handling discrepancies.
- Organize stock storage with strict adherence to FIFO/FEFO principles, allergen separation, and temperature control.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure material availability and manage finished product packing/shipping.
- Maintain detailed records of stock batches for traceability and food safety compliance.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, ensure safety compliance, and conduct equipment maintenance.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and optimize warehouse processes.

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Diploma/certificate in Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehouse Management preferred.
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience, with 1-2 years in supervisory roles.
- Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution warehouses advantageous.
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, inventory tracking, and food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000).
