We are looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a well-known civil construction company in South Africa. This role is based in Bloemfontein, Free State, and involves working on roadworks and other infrastructure projects across the country. The company is seeking professionals with mid-to-senior level experience to manage the financial and contractual aspects of their projects.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage project costs, ensure budgets are followed, and prepare financial reports. Key tasks include measurements, valuations, payments, contract changes, claims management, and final accounts. You will collaborate with site teams, engineers, and clients to meet financial goals.

You will monitor subcontractor payments, prepare reports, and work on-site in a construction environment.

Requirements:
- Recognized qualification in Quantity Surveying
- 5-8 years of experience in civil construction
- Strong background in financial and commercial project management
- Experience with roadworks, earthworks, pipelines, or municipal infrastructure
- Skills in cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in construction contract administration
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with construction software and on-site work
