A well-known building contractor based in Cape Town is looking for a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role involves managing financial and contractual aspects of building projects from start to finish, ensuring projects stay on budget and meet financial goals. Responsibilities include budgeting, cash flow forecasting, contract negotiation with subcontractors, payment documentation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in construction, preferably with JBCC/NEC contract experience, and a National Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying. CCS/Candy Certification and SACQSP registration are advantageous. The position offers a competitive salary and full-time employment.
