Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Retail Manager to ensure smooth store operations
- Manage daily cash handling, banking tasks, and cashier change preparation
- Handle stock management, order verification, and purchase orders
- Oversee staff attendance, leave requests, uniform orders, and payroll issues
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Support teamwork and assist colleagues as needed

Requirements:
- Matric certificate or diploma (Grade 12 minimum)
- Fluency in both Afrikaans and English
- Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in frozen foods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a team
