Econo Foods is a fast-growing company selling frozen food products at competitive prices. They prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain a fun, team-oriented work culture called HO HOLA. They are seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee operations at their Welkom, Free State store. This is a permanent position where you will collaborate closely with the Retail Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash handling, banking tasks, and financial documentation
- Handle stock issues including write-offs and inter-store transfers
- Verify order accuracy against receipts
- Supervise team operations including attendance, leave requests, uniform ordering, and staff hiring
- Maintain store records, manage canteen operations, and ensure cleanliness and safety
- Provide backup support for the Retail Manager when needed
- Work collaboratively with team members and follow all safety protocols

Requirements:
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) with preference for passes or diploma
- Fluency in both Afrikaans and English
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail administration or similar role, preferably in frozen food (FMCG) industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team
- Friendly, confident personality with strong leadership and communication skills
