This is a full-time position for a Shift Plant Operator at CBRE Excellerate, a leading company in commercial real estate services and investments. Based in Nairobi, Kenya, the role involves working in a data center environment to ensure the smooth operation of critical engineering services. As a Shift Plant Operator, you will perform tasks such as regular checks and inspections of plant equipment, basic repairs, installations, and modifications under supervision. You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the plant room, work closely with the maintenance team, and conduct personal risk assessments for maintenance activities while adhering to CBRE’s health and safety procedures. The role requires shift work in a 24/7 environment.
