What the job is: This is a full-time job as a light vehicle driver for The Building Company, based in Centurion, Gauteng. You will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently using a vehicle that weighs less than 3500 kg. The role involves working closely with the company’s operations to ensure deliveries are made on time and in good condition.

What you will do: You will be in charge of delivering goods to customers and ensuring the vehicle is packed neatly and securely. This includes helping with loading/unloading goods, checking the vehicle daily for issues, and reporting any problems immediately. You will also ensure correct delivery quantities, signed delivery notes, and collect cash for COD orders. Good customer service is required.

What you need: A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate, a valid driver’s license for vehicles under 3500 kg (Code 10 and Code 8), and at least 2 years of relevant experience. A clean driving record is essential.
