You will be the main point of contact at the checkout, ensuring transactions are handled correctly and customers leave happy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all cash and card payments at the till, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company rules.
- Process sales, count cash at the end of shifts, and maintain a clean and secure till area.
- Assist customers with services like cellular contracts, credit applications, and repairs.
- Perform administrative tasks such as entering manual invoices, updating TV license records, and verifying credit card details.
- Answer phone calls professionally, take messages, and transfer calls as needed.
- Report suspicious activities like shoplifting or incorrect payments to supervisors.
- Handle customer complaints, follow store rules, and assist with repairs or returns.
- Meet sales targets by promoting additional products like warranties or insurance.

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Retail experience, preferably with cash handling or cash register operations, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP or experience in credit and cellular sales is a plus.
- Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
- Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and remain calm under pressure.
