What the job is: This job is for a Store Manager at Pep Clothing, located in Khayelitsha on the Cape Flats. You will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the store meets its business goals, including increasing sales, controlling costs, and maintaining smooth and safe operations.

What you will do: Focus on growing sales through excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and well-stocked store, and ensuring promotions are executed correctly. Implement security measures to prevent loss or theft, foster a positive team culture, and manage finances efficiently. Handle all administrative tasks while adhering to company policies. As a leader, train, coach, and support your team to perform at their best, ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant store environment.

What you need: Must have completed high school (Grade 12) and be proficient in English. A degree or diploma in business or retail is advantageous but not required. Preference for candidates with 1-2 years of retail experience, particularly in leadership roles. Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google tools) are helpful.
