Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the role involves managing facilities across the Middle East and ensuring smooth operations for clients in the banking and financial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial and operational activities for the company’s client portfolio in the Middle East, including managing P&L accounts and resource allocation.
- Lead delivery of facilities management services, including maintenance, engineering, and technical support for buildings and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to sell additional services and expand the company’s offerings.
- Manage technical governance, risk, and business continuity plans across all sites.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent operational experience).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in facilities management, engineering, or real estate operations.
- Leadership experience managing large teams across multiple countries.
- Strong people management, budgeting, and commercial awareness skills.
