What the job is: This job is for a Drive-Thru Yard Assistant at Brights Hardware in Blackheath, Western Cape. You will work in the yard area where customers pick up their orders, helping with loading vehicles, keeping the area clean, and ensuring smooth operations. The goal is to provide excellent service to customers and delivery drivers.

What you will do:
- Load customers' vehicles, delivery trucks, and transfer trucks quickly and correctly
- Ensure all items are packed safely and nothing gets damaged
- Maintain stock by stacking neatly, counting properly, and reporting missing/broken items
- Keep the yard area clean through sweeping and tidying
- Assist customers with a friendly attitude and answer product questions
- Bag materials like stone or sand when required
- Participate in stock counts and other tasks as assigned

What you need:
- At least Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- Ability to count stock accurately
- Work well independently or as part of a team
- Handle busy situations without stress
- Good communication skills and physical fitness
- Disciplined, motivated, and willing to learn
