What the job is: This is a 3-month contract position for an Assistant Store Manager at Signature Cosmetics in the Promenade Shopping Centre in Cape Town. You will work closely with the Store Supervisor to help run the store smoothly, manage daily operations, and ensure customers have a great shopping experience. The role involves supporting sales, stock management, team supervision, and maintaining store standards.

What you will do: You will help create a friendly and welcoming environment for customers by offering personalized service. Key responsibilities include attending morning team meetings, checking store standards, assisting with stock counts, and ensuring products follow FIFO rotation. You will also support sales targets, handle customer complaints, set up promotions, and assist with marketing efforts like sidewalk sales.

What you need: At least a Matric (Grade 12) certificate is required. Preference for 2+ years of retail experience or supervisory experience in beauty/skincare. Strong communication, teamwork, and retail passion are essential.
