Managed People Solutions is offering an internship opportunity for young, unemployed, and ambitious students who have completed their TVET College N6 Certificate. This program is specifically for those in the George, Western Cape area who are looking to complete their 18-month workplace experience to qualify for their N6 Diploma. The role is for a Junior Merchandiser, where you will gain practical experience in the wine and spirits industry while working alongside experienced professionals.

As a Junior Merchandiser, your main tasks will include checking and managing stock on shelves, determining which products need merchandising, and ensuring stock meets quality standards. You will also carry out merchandising activities based on a set schedule, handle customer feedback, and keep up-to-date with product information and promotions. Additionally, you will make scheduled calls to follow up on stock issues and report any out-of-stock products to your Regional Sales Manager.

To qualify, you must be under 28 years old and have completed your N6 TVET Certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management, or Marketing Management. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

This internship offers a monthly stipend of R3,500 for the 18-month program, providing valuable industry experience and improving employability in the wine and spirits sector.
