This job is for a Financial Manager in Shared Services at TWK Agri, a company in the agriculture industry. The role is based in Pretoria, Gauteng. You will work closely with the Finance Executive to manage financial operations, reporting, and planning for Shared Services and the teams it supports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and consolidate financial information for Shared Services
- Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts (short, medium, and long-term)
- Monitor actual cash flows against forecasts and investigate significant differences
- Support budgeting and financial planning with clear cost driver reporting
- Oversee financial controls, compliance, and ERP implementation
- Manage creditors, debtors, and intercompany recoveries
- Support liquidity planning and capital expenditure evaluations
- Ensure IFRS compliance and accurate financial reporting

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- CA(SA) or CIMA qualification preferred
- 3-5 years of financial management experience in shared services
- Leadership/team coordination experience
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP)
- Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) required
