This is a full-time position for an Insurance Operations Manager at Confluent in Cape Town, Western Cape. Key responsibilities include overseeing claims processes, managing the Fulfilment team, leading people operations, improving systems and processes, and collaborating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience managing people, with 3 years at a middle or senior level, and a relevant degree. Insurance experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
