This is a full-time Store Manager position at iStore, Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller. The store specializes in pre-owned Apple products, offering expert advice, repairs, business solutions, and technical support. Based in Johannesburg South, Gauteng, you will manage a store serving customers across Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily store operations and manage a team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Meet/exceed financial, sales, and development targets.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and technical support teams.
- Create and review store performance reports.
- Handle challenges in a fast-paced environment with quick decision-making.

Requirements:
- Matric qualification (tertiary qualification preferred).
- 5+ years of experience leading large teams in high-turnover retail.
- Strong matrix management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Experience in retail operations and performance reporting.
