This is a full-time position for a Revenue Manager specializing in Collections at Cubix, a company in the financial services industry. Based in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal, this role focuses on managing collections processes, improving financial controls, and driving operational excellence within the company’s revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3 to 4 Revenue or Financial Analysts, ensuring they meet quality standards and service-level agreements.
- Oversee accurate and timely bank submissions (AEDO, NAEDO, DebiCheck debit orders).
- Handle file validation, banking cut-offs, rejection management, and resubmissions.
- Ensure accurate daily and monthly reconciliations between collections, bank statements, and policy administration systems.
- Manage failed collections, recover lost premiums, and handle policy status changes.
- Prepare financial reports, revenue insights, forecasts, and risk analyses for senior management.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with FAIS, FSCA, and POPIA regulations.
- Drive automation to reduce manual work and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in collections, reconciliations, or revenue management.
- Experience managing teams and understanding debit order collection cycles.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and reconciliation software.
- Knowledge of financial services regulations and policy administration systems.
