This job is for a Point of Sale Administrator at Pedros, a restaurant chain known for its chicken products. You will be based in Newlands East, KwaZulu-Natal. The role involves managing and maintaining the company’s point-of-sale systems and ordering channels to ensure everything runs smoothly for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and managing POS systems (Oracle Micros Simphony) including menu items, prices, promotions, and employee access.
- Configuring digital ordering channels (Uber Eats, Mr D, Pedros app/website) and ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Supporting international stores with local menus, pricing, currencies, and taxes.
- Troubleshooting configuration issues and collaborating with external vendors.
- Documenting changes, testing updates, and monitoring for errors.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with POS and online ordering systems in a restaurant/fast-food/retail setting.
- Experience with Oracle Micros Simphony is preferred.
- Knowledge of menu management, pricing, discounts, and multi-currency operations.
- Basic Excel/SQL skills for data analysis.
- Valid driver’s license (own transport required).
