This is a full-time position for a Learning Liaison and Implementation Manager at Eskom, based in Standerton, Mpumalanga. The role focuses on managing learning programs and ensuring alignment with Eskom’s goals, particularly within the Tutuka Power Station division. Responsibilities include developing and implementing learning strategies, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with Eskom’s policies and processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, Bachelor of Technology, or National Higher Diploma in Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related technical field, along with at least five years of experience in learning and development. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills are essential.
